Zbigniew Wtulich

Zbigniew Wtulich graduated from the Faculty of Land Improvement and Hydro-Engineering of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He started his career in 1984 as Assistant Designer with the Land Improvement Hydro Engineering Office (Biuro Projektów Wodnych Melioracji). Next, he took up the position of Site Engineer at the Regional Land Improvement Company (Rejonowe Przedsiębiorstwo Melioracyjne) in October 1984, and held it until April 1988. From 1988 to 1991, he worked as an engineer for Amak, a foreign company (construction sector), and in 1993 to 1997 he was employed by the State Treasury Agricultural Property Agency. Before his appointment to the Supervisory Board, Zbigniew Witulich was the Chief Expert at the Department of Treasury Property Records of the Ministry of Treasury (1997 to 1998), Chief Expert and Team Coordinator in the Department of Reprivatisation and Compensation of the Ministry of Treasury (1998 to 2001), Head of Unit in the Department of Reprivatisation and Share Allocation of the Ministry of Treasury (2002 to 2006), Head of Unit in the Department of Records, Reprivatisation, Compensation and Share Allocation (2006 to 2010). Additionally, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board in Plastics Manufacturing Company GAMRAT (Zakłady Tworzyw Sztucznych “GAMRAT” S.A.) (in 2011) and in Water Management and Land Rehabilitation Company (Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Wodnej i Rekultywacji S.A.) (2002 to 2009). Zbigniew Wtulich has been the Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board since March 2012. Previously, from March 2011, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. From June 2008 to August 2010, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of PGE Mining and Energy Industry (PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A.). Since 2010, he has also performed the function of Head of Unit in the Department of Treasury Property of the Ministry of Treasury.
